We want you to be overjoyed with your new room when you arrive and our new categorisations clearly label the differences between each room so you can book with confidence. So, if you rate a better view over a little extra space, or a higher floor over courtyard views, that’ll be easier to choose.

Classic - Our standard rooms. Perfectly designed for student living
Basic - Everything you need with no frills
Bigger - Bigger than our average rooms
Smaller - Slightly smaller than our average rooms
Studio - Your own space with ensuite and kitchen
One Bed Apartment - Separate bedroom and kitchen areas with ensuite
'X' Bed Apartment - Up to 4 people sharing
Shared Apartment - 5 or more people sharing
Townhouse - Shared apartments but in a Townhouse layout
Duplex - Rooms split over two floors
Great View - The best views from your building
Churchyard View - Overlooking a beautiful churchyard
Limited View - Views from these rooms might not be as idyllic
Shared Bathroom - Bathroom facilities are shared with other flatmates
