Refer a friend

This refer a friend offer is available for all our students with a 26/27 booking in any Hello Student building.
Refer a friend for the 2026/27 academic year and you’ll both earn £250 when you move in and make your first payment,
The referee must be a new customer with no prior bookings.
You can refer multiple friends and earn up to your total tenancy amount.
The referrer must have no outstanding debt with Hello Student to receive their payment.
Both students must check in and complete rent payments (first two instalments if paying in four) before they receive their RAF payments.
The referrer must ensure the referee submits the referral code when they book their room via the website, to link accounts.
Offer valid from 5th February 2026 and may be withdrawn at any time.
Both bookings need to be at least 40 weeks to qualify.
If either party cancels their booking, the offer is void.
This offer cannot be combined with any other incentive.
This offer expires on 30th September 2026
Once the above conditions have been met, the incentive will be paid via a credit to the account by the end of 2026.

Incentive is applied as a reduced weekly payment amount, so no follow up is needed.

Discount is up to £500, applied via a £10/week reduction against the advertised rate. To apply the discount, please make your reservation as normal, before you sign our team will adjust the price within 48 hours to reflect the discounted rate, and confirm by email when that has been done.

Prices will be amended to the rates online as at the 7th February 2025, with the discount of up to £500 being applied as a £10/week reduction to the rate
A new tenancy agreement will be created, this must be signed to activate the offer. If this isn’t signed the original booking will remain active
Bookings need to be at least 44 weeks to be eligible

This cash back offer is available at specified times for selected accommodation in Hello Student for 25/26 bookings.
Bookings need to be at least 44 weeks to qualify.
Student must check in and complete rent payments (first two instalments if paying in four) before they receive their payment.
Offer valid for bookings started and signed between 1st April 2025 to 30th April 2025.
This offer may be withdrawn at any time.
This incentive cannot be combined with any other offers.
Once the above conditions have been met, the incentive will be paid via a credit to the account by the end of 2025.

This group booking offer is available for selected shared accommodation and Studios in Hello Student for 26/27 bookings.
Book with friends for shared accommodation or when booking studios in the same building and receive increasing rewards for each additional friend.

The group incentive value is determined by both:

Tenancy Length: 48 Weeks or More

Tenancy Length: 44–47 Weeks

The group needs to sign up at the same time to qualify, with reservations made within 5 days.
Bookings need to be at least 44 weeks to qualify, or at least 42 weeks in Nottingham.
All students must check in and complete rent payments (first two instalments if paying in four) before they receive their payments.
Offer valid from 5th February 2026 and may be withdrawn at any time.
If any of the group cancel their booking, the incentive received by the remaining group members will be reduced accordingly (e.g. if a group of 4 books but only 3 checks in, the 3 students will receive the amount offered for a group of 3).
This offer cannot be combined with any other offer or incentive.
Once the above conditions have been met, the incentive will be paid via a credit to the account by the end of 2026.
Only applicable for the following cities: Exeter, Falmouth, Leeds, Nottingham, St Andrews, York.
The offer is not available for students booking via an agent.

This voucher offer is available at specified times for selected accommodation in Hello Student for 25/26 bookings.
Bookings need to be at least 44 weeks to qualify.
Student must check in and complete rent payments (first two instalments if paying in four) before they receive their voucher.
Offer valid for students who make a booking and sign their tenancy by 31st May 2025
This offer may be withdrawn at any time.
This incentive cannot be combined with any other offers.
Once the above conditions have been met, the incentive will be paid via a physical or digital voucher by the end of 2025.
