Things To Do in Falmouth

Some of Falmouth’s best bits are centred on its coastal location. You’ll find stunning beaches and beauty spots on either side of Falmouth Harbour, providing plenty of spaces to relax and unwind during study breaks. You can enjoy everything from water sports like surfing and kayaking to easy-going activities like beach walks or simply soaking up the sunshine. Cultural highlights include the National Maritime Museum, where you can uncover the local history, and Falmouth Art Gallery, which puts on exhibitions alongside its collection of over 2000 artworks. In the town centre, you’ll also find lots of cute cafes and independent restaurants showcasing all sorts of cuisine, including vegan eats and fresh local seafood.

Nightlife in Falmouth

As well as its quaint beaches, Falmouth is known for its energetic nightlife. The waterfront bars and pubs are just as buzzing in the evening as during the day. Whether you want a quiet drink or party until the early hours, you’ll get your fill in Falmouth. The rooms at Ocean View are nice and modern. There is lots of storage space in the rooms and also the kitchens. Maintenance requests are dealt with very quickly once they are requested on the app. All of the staff are very friendly and always happy to help out. It’s great that use of the gym and cinema room are all included in the price of our rent.

Perfect location within a short walk to town, the uni and the beaches. Incredible staff who are site most days, no issues is big or small, there is always someone to help, whether that’s a maintenances issue or just for someone to talk to. Best accommodation I’ve stayed in, this is one of the reasons why I rebooked.
