Getting around Falmouth

Getting around Falmouth is easy, whether you’re on the bus, train or even a boat. The entire town is traversable by either bike or on foot, making it perfect for staying both green and healthy. Both campuses are accessible via public transport, as are both of our accommodation locations, making it a breeze to move around.

Falmouth Town

Right on the doorstep of both our properties, Falmouth Town is a stunning mix of history and modern life. Take in the sea views, explore the restaurants and bars, or head to the pier and jump on a ferry to explore the surrounding area.

Penryn 

Just 11 minutes from both properties by public transport, Penryn is a charming town packed with history and a great live music scene. Explore the Penryn Museum to learn about the town’s past, or catch a live act at The Trinity Bar or the Arts Centre. It’s also home to Falmouth University’s Penryn Campus, making it a convenient and lively base for students.

Kimberley Park

A beautiful seven-acre park with over 150 years of history, Kimberley Park is just a mile and a half from both properties. Open seven days a week, it hosts outdoor shows throughout the year,  ideal for catching live music surrounded by nature.

The rooms at Ocean View are nice and modern. There is lots of storage space in the rooms and also the kitchens. Maintenance requests are dealt with very quickly once they are requested on the app. All of the staff are very friendly and always happy to help out. It’s great that use of the gym and cinema room are all included in the price of our rent.

Perfect location within a short walk to town, the uni and the beaches. Incredible staff who are site most days, no issues is big or small, there is always someone to help, whether that’s a maintenances issue or just for someone to talk to. Best accommodation I’ve stayed in, this is one of the reasons why I rebooked.
