• This refer a friend offer is available for all our students with a 26/27 booking in any Hello Student building.
• Refer a friend for the 2026/27 academic year and you’ll both earn £250 when you move in and make your first payment,
• The referee must be a new customer with no prior bookings.
• You can refer multiple friends and earn up to your total tenancy amount.
• The referrer must have no outstanding debt with Hello Student to receive their payment.
• Both students must check in and complete rent payments (first two instalments if paying in four) before they receive their RAF payments.
• The referrer must ensure the referee submits the referral code when they book their room via the website, to link accounts.
• Offer valid from 5th February 2026 and may be withdrawn at any time.
• Both bookings need to be at least 40 weeks to qualify.
• If either party cancels their booking, the offer is void.
• This offer cannot be combined with any other incentive.
• This offer expires on 30th September 2026
• Once the above conditions have been met, the incentive will be paid via a credit to the account by the end of 2026.

Incentive is applied as a reduced weekly payment amount, so no follow up is needed.

For new customers:

• Discount is up to £500, applied via a £10/week reduction against the advertised rate. To apply the discount, please make your reservation as normal, before you sign our team will adjust the price within 48 hours to reflect the discounted rate, and confirm by email when that has been done.
• Bookings need to be at least 44 weeks to be eligible
• This offer will be limited to a fixed number of rooms, or until the 30th April 2025
• This offer can be withdrawn at any time

For existing customers who have already booked:

• Prices will be amended to the rates online as at the 7th February 2025, with the discount of up to £500 being applied as a £10/week reduction to the rate
• A new tenancy agreement will be created, this must be signed to activate the offer. If this isn’t signed the original booking will remain active
• Bookings need to be at least 44 weeks to be eligible

• This voucher offer is available at specified times for selected accommodation in Hello Student for 25/26 bookings. 
• Bookings need to be at least 44 weeks to qualify. 
• Student must check in and complete rent payments (first two instalments if paying in four) before they receive their voucher. 
• Offer valid for students who make a booking and sign their tenancy by 31st May 2025 
• This offer may be withdrawn at any time. 
• This incentive cannot be combined with any other offers. 
• Once the above conditions have been met, the incentive will be paid via a physical or digital voucher by the end of 2025. 

• This group booking offer is available for selected shared accommodation in Hello Student for 25/26 bookings. 
• Book with friends for shared accommodation and receive increasing rewards for each additional friend. 
• Groups of 2 booking together will receive £250 each, groups of 3 will receive £350 each, groups of 4 will receive £450 each and groups of 5 or more will receive £550 each.  
• The group need to sign up at the same time to qualify, with reservations made within 5 days. 
• Bookings need to be at least 44 weeks to qualify 
• All students must check in and complete rent payments (first two instalments if paying in four) before they receive their payments. 
• Offer valid from 20th March 2025 and may be withdrawn at any time. 
• If any of the group cancel their booking, the incentive received by the remaining group members will be reduced accordingly (e.g. if a group of 4 books but only 3 check in, the 3 students will receive the amount offered for a group of 3). 
• This offer cannot be combined with any other offer or incentive. 
• Once the above conditions have been met, the incentive will be paid via a credit to the account by the end of 2025. 
• Only applicable for the following accommodations: Clifton Place, Exeter, Claremont House, Glasgow, Algernon Firth, Leeds, Ayton House, St Andrews.
• The offer is not available for students booking via an agent.

Terms

• Offer valid only for new bookings for the 2026/27 academic year  
• Minimum tenancy length applies – 44 weeks or more  
• The Hello Bundle incentive can be withdrawn by Hello Student at any time 
• This bundle is valid for bookings made on or after 20th April 2026 and before 30th September 2026. 
• If the tenancy is cancelled, all incentives will be withdrawn  
• This incentive cannot be combined with any other offers. 

Laundry  

• Students on a 51-week tenancy will receive 44 wash/dry cycles.  
• Students on a 44-week tenancy will receive 34 wash/dry cycles.  
• Upon check-in, each student will need to provide their phone number to receive a unique laundry code. 
• This code will activate the laundry credit via the Circuit Laundry App and is valid until the end of January.  
• From the end of January, a new top-up code will be available. Students can collect this from reception.  
• Each laundry code is unique to the individual and must not be shared.  
• Shared or misused codes may result in deactivation of laundry access.  
• Any unused laundry credit from the first code will expire at the end of January.  
• The second credit allocation must be used by the end of the student’s tenancy (check-out date).  
• Laundry credit does not roll over and cannot be refunded or exchanged.  
• Eligibility is subject to the student remaining up to date with all rent payments 

Tram Pass and Voucher 

• The Tram Pass and Voucher offer is available at specified times for selected accommodation in Hello Student for 26/27 bookings.  
• The Tram Pass is supplied by Tramlink Nottingham and are valid for the full academic year 1/9/2026 31/7/27
  • Once codes have been activated, they can’t be cancelled and re-issued to another person.
  • Any codes that have not been used are not transferable to the following year, and are none refundable.
  • All discount codes must be activated by the 31^st of October.
  • The tram serves all major locations across the city.
  • Your pass will entitle you to unlimited travel for the duration of your pass, including weekends and evenings, 364 days of the year.
  • You’ll need to download the free NETGO! App (via Apple and Android stores).

The voucher is a £100  ‘Lifestyle Voucher’ that includes top retailers and restaurants. A digital code will be sent via email. 

Once the above conditions have been met, the Tram Pass & Voucher will given by 31st October 2026.
