We know that reaching out to someone can be scary, especially in person, that’s why we’ve given our students access to help via their phone.
Students living with us get free access to the Wisdom app, a mental health and wellbeing platform packed with resources, guided meditations, fitness plans, and 24/7 support, which means students can talk to a counsellor at any time of the day if they need to.
