By rebooking during the exclusive 10-day Rebooker window, you’ll have access to an exclusive Rebooker rate, which is our Best Price Promise.

Our Best Price Promise guarantees that the price of your room is the best available rate, and you’ll never get a better price.

• The Best Price Promise relates only to the weekly rental rate of your room.
• Incentives (such as cashback, vouchers, or other offers) are not included within the Best Price Promise.
• If incentives are introduced at any other point in the year, these do not form part of the Best Price Promise.

 

The Best Price Promise applies if the following conditions are met:

• You are booking a room for the 2026/27 academic year.
• Your tenancy length is 40 or more weeks.
• You have signed and returned the tenancy agreement within the 10-day window of receiving that agreement.
• Your booking has been confirmed.
• If the same room type in your building is later advertised at a lower weekly rent for the same tenancy length and start date, we’ll contact you if you’re eligible for the lower rate. This applies only to rebooking’s made during the exclusive Rebooker window.
• If you’re eligible, we will refund the difference via Cashback, and this will be paid to you in October 2026.

• If you book within the 10-day Rebooker window, you will only pay a £1.01 advanced rent payment instead of the usual £250.
• If you rebook outside of the exclusive Rebooker window, you’ll need to pay the £250 advanced rent payment.

This only applies if you rebook the same room on a 51-week or more tenancy agreement, within the 10-day Rebooker window.

 

• When you Rebook for a second time, you’ll be part of our Rebooker Loyalty Scheme. For each year you rebook, you’ll receive a gift from Hello Student as gesture of thanks for sticking with us.
• You’ll be eligible for the Rebooker gift even if you rebook outside of the 10-day Rebooker window.
