Our newest Bristol property, College House is in the heart of the city centre and less than a 10-minute walk to Bristol University. With over 50 spacious modern studios, en-suite bathrooms and double beds, it’s designed for students who want a quieter, more grown-up living experience. The property features a resident lounge, podcast room, private study rooms and even a yoga and meditation space.
