This building is in a great location. Head out and you’re on Penny Street. Central, basically. University of Cumbria is a 10 minute walk away and the city centre is on your doorstep, with an array of cafes, restaurants and bars.

99 Penny Street has a range of affordable rooms with either a single or ¾ bed.
Deadlines hit? Great. That means you can go find your friends in one of the great community spaces in the building. There are some on each floor, so there’s always a chance to socialise nearby. Kitchens in particular become a hub of activity – they’re bright, contemporary, and well-equipped.
