Portobello House is located on the doorstep of Sheffield University’s Sir Robert Hadfield and Amy Johnson buildings. If you are studying in those buildings, then this is the best spot in the city for you.

Walk west, and you’re at the University’s main campus in less than 10 minutes. Head east, and you’re at Sheffield Hallam University at about the same time. If your bag’s stuffed with heavy books, jump on the bus – it’ll take you door to door.
Plus, the city centre tram route is just around the corner. It leads directly to the Orchard Square shopping centre, loads of cute eateries, fancy restaurants, and the city’s famed nightlife on West Street.
