What happens with my post and parcels?

Depending on your building, you’ll either get mail delivered to your door or your own secure mailbox in reception. Expecting a parcel? Your accommodation team will hold it securely for you, and you can pick it up any time during office hours – just bring your ID.

 

How do I know if I have a parcel or post?

We will alert you that you have mail via the Hello Student App. If you don’t yet have the app, speak to a member of your onsite team and they will get you set up on the platform.
