What is an Advance Rent Payment?

An Advance Rent Payment is not a deposit but a pre-payment taken to secure your Hello Student room. It will be taken off your first rental payment. The Advance Rent Payment is refundable if a) you do not sign your tenancy agreement within 7 days and the booking is automatically cancelled, or b) you cancel your booking before you check in and do not accrue any arrears. The refund will be issued back to the same card you used to pay.
