What is a Common Law Tenancy?

A Common Law Tenancy is a type of tenancy agreement commonly used in purpose built student accommodation (PBSA).

This means your tenancy is designed specifically for student living and is exempt from the Renters’ Rights Act. Your agreement will still clearly set out important information such as your rent, payment dates, length of stay, and the terms of your booking.

You’ll continue to have the same support, services, and protections throughout your time living with us.
