There’s a lot to weigh up when deciding where to live during your time at University. Whilst some students continue to live at home during their studies, most opt to live either in University halls, Private Student Accommodation, or House Shares. Each route offers a different student living experience so it’s a good idea to take your time and consider what is important to you.
University Halls are usually offered to first year undergraduate students and are mostly flat shares of between 4 and 20 people. For this reason, along with the shared bathroom facilities and general spec of the rooms and shared spaces, University Halls are often seen as the cheaper option.

We're partnered with Health Assured to deliver a 24 hour confidential service to support you through any of life’s issues or problems. All Hello Student residents have free access to the helpline and app to discuss any issues or problems you may be facing. Help is available 24 hours a day, 365 days a year.
