Feeling safe in your student accommodation is non-negotiable. We treat health and safety with the highest importance and have measures in place to make sure our residents feel safe in our student homes.
Our on-site teams and night caretakers provide a friendly face and support whenever you need it. Our buildings are fitted with key-fob access to ensure only staff and student residents can enter and CCTV cameras are installed both outside and in certain reception areas to act as an extra security measure.
We have always prioritised our residents’ wellbeing, and were recently awarded the No1 Student Wellbeing award for student accommodation across the U.K. Our 24/7 health and wellbeing support programme means our residents have confidential support all year round.
We take fire safety extremely seriously and hold regular practice fire evacuation drills to ensure our residents understand the actions they need to take in the event of a real fire. We also partner with local fire services to raise awareness and provide fire safety information for all of our residents during Fire Safety Week.
