Terms and conditions – Refer a Friend
This offer is eligible for all new bookings made in the month of July or August 22. This offer applies to new bookings of 44 and 51 weeks and is only available at mentioned properties.
The offer is for direct bookings only and is not applicable to third party agents that are paid a commission fee.
In order to qualify for the offer, the student recommending a friend must already have a signed booking with us for academic year 2122 or 2223 in ANY of our hello student properties.
The week free rent will amount to the total cost of the weekly rent stated on each parties tenancy agreement.
The week free rent will be applied as a discount on w/c 15/10/22 to both parties and will only be applied once both students have checked in and paid their first instalment. If the student who has recommended a friend is a 2122 student and not staying with us for academic year 2223 they will be eligible for a weeks refund instead. This will also be paid w/c 15/10/22.
If either party cancel or fail to complete their 44 or 51 week tenancy through to the end date, the total cost of the offer will be debited from your final rent payment.
This offer will be capped at a maximum of 3 recommend a friends per student. This offer cannot be used in conjunction with existing offers and promotions
